Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
    • In its original packaging (if applicable)
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products or digital goods
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Enquiries@musicking.com.sg with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at Enquiries@musicking.com.sg

Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
